How to place an order

Pick your start date and start time first.
The end date/time will auto-fill to the same day with a 4-hour rental period. -
Adjust the rental period if needed.
If you need more than 4 hours, you can often extend the time. Many longer rentals can be picked up the next day (weather/safety permitting). - Click Add to Cart.

In your cart, choose Checkout or Continue Shopping.
Tip: The Continue Shopping button takes you back to the Rentals page, where you can pick another category (or click Rentals in the top menu anytime).Cart reminder: For your convenience, items you add to your cart may still be there when you return later. Please note: items in your cart are not reserved until you complete checkout.
Please choose your start time as the time you want everything fully set up and ready to use — not the time you want us to arrive. We build our delivery schedule around your reservation time and typically arrive about 1-2 hour(s) before your selected start time to unload, set up, and safety-check everything. For some items or busy days, we may arrive even earlier based on the day’s schedule — but we always plan to have everything operational by your specified start time.
All online orders must be placed for the same day. Rentals longer than 4 hours can often be picked up the following day (weather/safety permitting). For exceptions, please call.
Payment & confirmation
- Checkout is secure through our payment gateway.
- A deposit or payment is the best way to be sure your reservation is confirmed and held for you, especially for high-demand dates and items.
- After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the rental agreement attached. Please read it — you do not need to print it. We’ll bring a copy for signature at delivery.
