Delivery, setup, pickup, and our rental policies
We want your rental to be easy, safe, and stress-free. The information below explains how scheduling works, what to expect for delivery (or pickup on some items), and how deposits, cancellations, and weather decisions are handled. If you have any questions at all, just reach out — we’re happy to help.
Scheduling & delivery timing
- Weekend scheduling: Our weekend route is usually finalized by Thursday.
- Confirmation call/text: We typically contact you no later than the day before your rental to confirm details and share an estimated arrival time.
- Early delivery (sometimes available): Depending on the item and the schedule, we may be able to deliver the day before. There’s no extra charge when we offer this, and many customers love having things set up early (especially tables, chairs, tents, and other event gear).
- Delivery window reality: To keep everyone on time, we may arrive and set up earlier than your selected start time. (Don’t worry — your rental time is still honored.)
Pickup vs. delivery
Some items may be eligible for customer pickup/drop-off. Availability depends on the item type, size, and what’s required to transport it safely.
If pickup is available for your item, we’ll confirm pickup time, loading needs, and return timing when we speak.
At delivery (setup)
A responsible adult must be present to:
- confirm the setup location
- review safety basics (when applicable)
- accept the equipment
Please ensure:
- clear access to the setup area
- adequate space for the item
- and any required power/water access (if applicable)
Weather policy
Inflatables cannot be set up or used in rain. Wet surfaces create slipping hazards and can damage equipment.
- If weather is questionable, we stay closely tuned to local conditions. We’ll coordinate with you as early as possible.
- For safety, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel if conditions aren’t safe.
Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
We understand plans change. Here’s the approach we use to be fair to you and realistic with staffing and scheduling:
- 48+ hours notice is best for cancellations or rescheduling.
- 24 hours notice is often okay.
- Same-day cancellations usually can’t be refunded (because trucks, staff, and route planning are already committed), but we’ll still do our best to be reasonable depending on circumstances.
If you cancel with sufficient notice you can choose:
- a refund (when eligible), or
- a credit toward a future rental within 13 months
Deposits & credits
- We use deposits to reserve dates and plan routes/staffing.
- $50 is the minimum recommended deposit (and in practice, a deposit is needed to hold any date).
- We’re happy to take reservations without a deposit with cash payment at delivery but for high-demand items, such as water slides, or peak dates, we may request a deposit.
If a deposit isn’t refunded (for example, short-notice cancellations), it becomes a credit valid for 13 months toward a future rental.
Safety is non-negotiable
For everyone’s safety — and to protect the equipment — we reserve the right to refuse setup or end use if conditions are unsafe or rules aren’t being followed.
