Quick setup
Follow the steps below to heat and hold hot dogs safely. Please use caution around hot water and open flame.
Setup & Operation
- Fill the large water pan with approximately ½ to ¾ inch of hot water.
- Open Sterno, place under the large water pan, and light.

Fill the 1/3 size pans (the larger 2 of the 4 pans) with clean hot water and add hot dogs.
For best results: boil hot dogs on the stovetop first, then carefully empty the pot of hot dogs and water into the pans.
- The two 1/6 size pans are for condiments such as chili or sauerkraut.
- Check water levels periodically and add water as needed.
Safety note
Always be very careful around boiling hot water.
Before Use
Although equipment is always cleaned thoroughly, we recommend all pans be washed & rinsed well prior to use.
When Finished
- Please empty all water from pans.
- Remove any condiments from smaller pans.
- Wipe pans out as necessary.
- Remove any hot dogs, buns, serving utensils, beverages, etc. from cart.
- Be sure Sterno is out and remove it from cart.
